We are committed to supporting service users to achieve their full potential and promote their independence without compromising their dignity. This home is a dementia home helping with memory care and assisted living near you and we specialise in providing care for adults with dementia. As well as this we offer respite care with respite care facilities and services as normally needed for elderly care in a residential care home. Short term care normally describes temporary or convalescent care for the elderly, this is another term for respite care and describes a short term stay within a residential care home for the elderly.
Care Plans
Each service user has a care plan which is regularly reviewed and which reflects the needs and wishes of the individual. We support the residents in maintaining relationships with existing family and friends as well as encouraging them to make new friends. In addition, the plan reflects the interests and hobbies of the individual as well as offering opportunities to try new activities. At all times the views of the service user, as well as their well-being and safety, are respected.
